About Me

I have a Post-graduate Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their Code of Ethics.

I am also committed to ongoing personal and professional development through regular supervision, additional training and my own analysis.

I have several years of experience working as a counsellor / psychotherapist. I work in private practice in Central London. In the past I have also worked with The London Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (LACAP), The Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living and a London Secondary School.

I have worked with the majority of problems people can encounter in life and with clients from different backgrounds including from different  ethnicities and with various disabilities.

I offer a relational approach to therapy, drawing upon self psychology, object relations / psychodynamic and existential thought.

By drawing on a number of approaches of counselling and psychotherapy I can use the approaches which best suit each client rather than trying to fit the client into a specific approach.

I see our work as a joint collaboration, working together towards helping you make sense of your experiences, enabling you to make the decisions you feel are right for you and achieve more of your potential.
